(1) patients presenting with A/H/O blunt trauma abdomen with eFAST positive
(2) age >18 years
Exclusion Criteria
(1) AGE <18 YEARS
(2) Obese patients
(3) Patients presenting with penetrating trauma abdomen
(4) patients who refuse to give consent
