At GCCR:
Diagnosis year from 1991
The patient was registered by name with the consent (or consent of the legal guardians) at the DKKR and had not revoked this by the data collection deadline
Diagnosis included in ICCC-3
Date of birth from January 1, 1976
Survived to at least January 1, 2017
Resident in Germany at the time of diagnosis and not living abroad as of January 1, 2017
Age at time of diagnosis: <15 years (year of diagnosis up to 2008); <18 years (from diagnosis year 2009)

For health insurance funds:
Date of birth from 01.01.1976
At least temporarily insured in the period 2017-2021
At least temporary residence in Germany for the period of data delivery 2017-2021

Exclusion Criteria

For insurance funds:
Insured persons of the employee health insurance
Participants in the protection program (insured persons with special protection status)
Insured persons with a data protection label
