Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients having symptoms like Chardi, tiktaamla udgara, avipaka, utklesha, kantha daha, hrud daha
2. patients between age group 18-60yrs
3. patients of either sexes
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with complications like cardiac problems, emphysema, carcinoma etc.
2. pregnant women and lactating mothers
3. patients above 60yrs and below 18yrs.
