- •Primary diagnosis of a post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) according to DSM-5
- •- Arabic or Farsi language skills (spoken and written)
- •- Internet access (smart phone or computer)
- •- Signed informed consent
排除标准
- •- Current psychotic or bipolar disorder
- •- Severe substance use disorder (AUDIT Score> 15 for men,> 13 for women; DUDIT Score> 25)
- •- Acute suicidality (lack of or unclear distancing)
- •- attempted suicide in the past 12 months
- •- Ongoing psychotherapy or unstable medication with psychotropic drugs three months before the start of the study
