18.00 Year(s) to 75.00 Year(s) (—)

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient ahe between 18-75 years
  • All patient admitted in medical icu with baseline normal creatinine
  • Patient or legal representative giving written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient under 18 years or above 75 years of age
  • Undergoing any kind of RRT
  • Undergoing kidney transplant
  • Pregnant patient
  • Anticipated length of stay in icu less than 24 hours
  • Readmission in the icu during study period.

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

1. Incidence of acute kidney injury in medical icu

Time Frame: Upto 7 days or till discharge from ICU

2. Risk factors responsible for acute kidney injury

Time Frame: Upto 7 days or till discharge from ICU

Secondary Outcomes

  • Numbers of patient requiring Renal Replacement therapy after acute kidney injury(Upto 7 days or till discharge from icu)
