Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with a BMI \= 30
- •\-Depressive symptoms (PHQ\-8 \= 10\)
- •\-Adequate digital literacy
- •\-Internet\-enabled device
- •\-Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Bariatric surgery within the past year or planned within the next 6 months
- •\-Weekly individual psychotherapy
- •\-No private Internet access
- •\-Regulation of a new psychopharmacists within the last 2 weeks
