- •Mild depressive symptoms (Hamiltion Depression Scale 8\-22\)
- •Between 18\-60 years of age
- •Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Suicidal ideation
- •Alcohol/substance abuse and/or dependency
- •Complicated grief reactions
- •Current psychiatric disorder(s)
- •Current psychofarmacological treatment
- •Current psychotherapeutic treatment
