Inclusion Criteria
Included were all fresh blastocyst transfers on day 5 after ovum pick up
Exclusion Criteria
Female age =44 years (no age limit for male partner)
Known chromosomal aberration either by female or by male partner
IVF-cycles with preimplantation genetic analysis
IVF-cycles with use of donor oocytes
Patients with recurrent implantation failure (=3 negative IVF-cycles)
