Inclusion Criteria
1. 18-75 years old adult patients who are willing to join the research
2. Elective on-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients refuse to participate in the research or request to withdraw
2. Patients with contraindications for TEE
3. Patients with pre-existing cardiac arrhythmia
4. Patients with significant valvular heart disease that required surgery
5. Patients with preoperative vasopressor and/or inotropic drugs used
6. Pregnant patients
