Inclusion Criteria

Age of children aged 6 to 12 years
Having diagnostic criteria based on IV-IRDSM and Conners test

Exclusion Criteria

Another serious psychiatric disorder, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder
A history of seizure and medical conditions such as cardiovascular problems and diabetes
History of allergy for Memantine
Failure to respond to Memantine
Severe ritalin complications
