1) speak and read Thai fluently
2) have voice problems 6 months ago and have problems most of the time or all of the time
3) increase effort while speaking and/or decrease vocal production and/or vocal quality change
4) have a diagnosis of voice disorders from ENT doctor
5) have benign lesion
1) have neurological and/or psychological diseases that effect on questionnaire comprehension
2) use neurological and/or psychological medicine while recruiting
3) can not fill questionnaire information by her/himself
