Inclusion Criteria
Aged above 55 and above.
Both male and females.
Healthy elderly.
Exclusion Criteria
participants with history of injuries in past one year(injuries such as ankle sprain,ankle strain,hamstring injuries,acl tear).
patient who had gone recent surgery of lower limb and trunk.
participants with peripheral neurovascular disorders which may alter balance.
any pathological conditions.
