Inclusion Criteria

Patients presenting with LUTI Any of two or more symptoms described in the context of LUTI Patients irrespective of gender caste and religion Patient between the age group of 20 70 years.

Exclusion Criteria

Below the 20 years or above 70 years Hematuria Renal failure Pyelonephritis Nephrotic syndrome Septicemia Chronic systemic illness uncontrolled DM and HTN HIV Malignancy HBsAg TB.
