Inclusion Criteria

1.OCCUPATION DENTIST

2.SYSTEMICALLY HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS

3. CHRONIC PERIODONTITIS WITH AT LEAST TWO PERIODONTAL POCKETS OF 5MM

4. WHO DIDNOT UNDERWENT SCALING AND ROOTPLANING SINCE 1 YEAR.

Exclusion Criteria

1. OCCUPATION OTHER THAN DENTIST.

2.INDIVIDUAS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM RECENT INFECTION LIKE COLD, SOAR THROAT, FEVER, ETC.

3. SYSTEMICALLY UNHEALTHY INDIVIDUALS.

4. INDIVIUALS UNDER ANY MEDICATION.

5. INDIVIDUALS WITH ANY BLOOD DYSCRASIAS
