1.Adult female with age between 18 to 30 years.
2.BMI between 18.5- 24.9 kg/ m2. (WHO BMI classification of obesity).
3.Without Cervical radiculopathy
4.Dominant side levator scapulae muscle
5.All those diagnosed with chronic mechanical neck pain with duration between 3 month
6.Flexion- rotation test (FRT) positive or cervical rotation is less than 32 degree
1.Post traumatic neck pain
2.Not able to perform the FRT
3.Congenital Abnormalities.
4.Abnormal scapular orientation.
5.Patient with any psychological dysfunction or any neurological disorder.
Hyperthermia
Any known medical history illness
•Hyperpyrexia
