Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Adult female with age between 18 to 30 years.
- •2\.BMI between 18\.5\- 24\.9 kg/ m2\. (WHO BMI classification of obesity).
- •3\.Without Cervical radiculopathy
- •4\.Dominant side levator scapulae muscle
- •5\.All those diagnosed with chronic mechanical neck pain with duration between 3 month
- •6\.Flexion\- rotation test (FRT) positive or cervical rotation is less than 32 degree
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Post traumatic neck pain
- •2\.Not able to perform the FRT
- •3\.Congenital Abnormalities.
- •4\.Abnormal scapular orientation.
- •5\.Patient with any psychological dysfunction or any neurological disorder.
- •Hyperthermia
- •Any known medical history illness
- •Hyperpyrexia
