Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Adult female with age between 18 to 30 years.
  • •2\.BMI between 18\.5\- 24\.9 kg/ m2\. (WHO BMI classification of obesity).
  • •3\.Without Cervical radiculopathy
  • •4\.Dominant side levator scapulae muscle
  • •5\.All those diagnosed with chronic mechanical neck pain with duration between 3 month
  • •6\.Flexion\- rotation test (FRT) positive or cervical rotation is less than 32 degree

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Post traumatic neck pain
  • •2\.Not able to perform the FRT
  • •3\.Congenital Abnormalities.
  • •4\.Abnormal scapular orientation.
  • •5\.Patient with any psychological dysfunction or any neurological disorder.
  • •Hyperthermia
  • •Any known medical history illness
  • •Hyperpyrexia
