Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age Between 16 and 25 years.
- •Those who have DysM.
- •Those willing to participate.
- •Those who know very well to understanding, writing and reading English language.
- •Those who had regular menstrual cycle.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those with any other severe musculoskeletal, neurological and systemic pain
- •Previous gynaecological diagnosed conditions.
- •Any Previous gynaecological surgeries.
