A lack of a hospital record due to mental illness or the use of effective medications on the psyche of the last six months
The National Institute of Health stroke scale score (NIHSS) is less than 15
Taking an acute phase of the disease (72 hours)
Absence of neurological disorders including multiple sclerosis, Guillain Barre and Myasthenia grave
Lack of cerebrovascular disease due to malignancy or brain stroke
Dissatisfied to continue cooperation
Patient worsens as hemodynamic status changes
Disturbances such as dementia due to stroke during intervention
