Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing prone PCNL Operation belonging to ASA I-II
2.Single access PCNL
3.Providing written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Drug Allergy
2. Coagulation disorders.
3. Infection at injection site
4. Obesity (BMI > 30Kg/m2)
5. Significantly residual stones ( >1 cm in diameter) after surgery and need for re-look PCNL.
6. Solitary kidney
7. Routine antidepressant, corticosteroid, pain medications or anticonvulsant usage
8. Mental state preventing effective use of VAS score.

Name Time Method Time to first rescue analgesia i.e., the time from successful completion of the block procedure till the administration of rescue analgesic. (VAS score more than or equal to 4 or on patient demand).Timepoint: Post operative period

Name Time Method 1. Visual Analogue Score (VAS) assessed 1, 6, 12 and 24 hrs. postoperatively. <br/ ><br>2. Time to complete the block/infiltration procedure. <br/ ><br>3. Total dose of rescue analgesic (mg) administered in twenty-four hours. <br/ ><br>4. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure, (mmHg) assessed at 1, 6, 12 and 24 hrs postoperatively. <br/ ><br>5. Heart rates measured at same time points. <br/ ><br>6. Frequency of adverse events.Timepoint: Post operative period
