Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Assessment of factors that may impair wound healing after plate osteosynthesis of the fibula by a lateral approach. These factors are ought to be weighed for the development of a scoring system to find the individually optimal surgical therapy for every patient.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Subjective and objective outcome on the basis of scores (SF36, AOFAS, MOXFQ) and a fuctional follow-up examination (objectification of the mobility by a gait analysis (kinematic and kinetic gait parameters).
