Inclusion Criteria

• 55 jaar of ouder

• risico op ondervoeding

• toestemmingsverklaring getekend

• kan het protocol volgen

• wil het protocol volgen

• stemt in met het inlichten van de huisarts bij deelname studie

• toestemming voor deelname van behandelend arts

Exclusion Criteria

• Onvermogen om Nederlands te begrijpen * Cognitieve beperking (MMSE<15) * Huidige diagnose van kanker of een kankerbehandeling (systeem en/of immuno therapie) * GOPD GOLD>3 * Hartfalen NYHA>3 * Aanvankelijk opgenomen op intensive care unit * Gebruik van parentrale voeding * Paliatieve behandeling of een levensverwachting van=3 maanden |
