入选标准
- •Subjects detected with early stage chronic kidney disease defined by KDIGO guidelines. Stage G2 and G3a; eGFR ranging from 45 to 89 ml/min/1.73 m2.
- •For Controls:
- •Healthy volunteers above the age of 20 years referred for routine general ultrasound.
- •Controls will be screened by taking history and going through medical records to meet inclusion criteria.
排除标准
- •1.Athletes, body builders and physically active individuals.
- •2.History of upper limb surgery.
- •3.Hereditary neuromuscular disorders.
- •4.History of malignancy.
- •5.History of diabetes.
- •6.History of thyroid disorders
- •7.History of renal/hepatic/cardiovascular disease.
- •8.History of steroid intake.
- •9.Any other rheumatological diagnosis.
- •10.Osteoarticular injuries.
