Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age between 18 \- 80 years
  • •2\.Both sexes
  • •3\.Low risk surgery\- patients undergoing cataract surgery
  • •4\.Intermediate risk surgery\- Laparoscopic cholecystectomy
  • •5\.High risk surgery\- Cardiothoracic surgeries including coronary artery bypass graft surgery, valve replacement surgeries, major abdominal, major thoracic surgeries and major oncology general surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients not giving consent
  • •2\.Pregnant and lactating females
  • •3\.Patients with neurological disease
  • •4\.Patients with genetic muscular atrophy diseases.
  • •5\.Patients who are non\-ambulatory and bed\-ridden from past 3 months.
