入选标准
- •(1) Patients written consent to participate in research
- •(2) Patients written consent to genetic test and Research agreement
- •(3) Adults more than 50 years old
- •(4) Macular degeneration caused by chorioretinal neovascularization patients and diabetic retinopathy patients diagnosed with slit lamp examination, fundus photography, optical coherence tomography(OCT), fluorescein angiography or indocyanine angiographic.
- •(5) Macular degeneration caused by chorioretinal neovascularization patients and diabetic retinopathy patients not diagnosed with slit lamp examination, fundus photography, optical coherence tomography(OCT), fluorescein angiography or indocyanine angiographic.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with soft drusen or atrophic macular degeneration not accompanied by chorioretinal neovascularization
- •2) difficult Patients to observe the fundus because of moderate to severe cataract
- •3) The possibility of pregnancy in patients.
- •However, No surgery for female infertility of childbearing age can participate in a clinical trial after the interview pregnancy
- •4) The Case legally, mentally unsuitable for participation in a clinical trial if the investigator
