Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients written consent to participate in research
- •(2\) Patients written consent to genetic test and Research agreement
- •(3\) Adults more than 50 years old
- •(4\) Macular degeneration caused by chorioretinal neovascularization patients and diabetic retinopathy patients diagnosed with slit lamp examination, fundus photography, optical coherence tomography(OCT), fluorescein angiography or indocyanine angiographic.
- •(5\) Macular degeneration caused by chorioretinal neovascularization patients and diabetic retinopathy patients not diagnosed with slit lamp examination, fundus photography, optical coherence tomography(OCT), fluorescein angiography or indocyanine angiographic.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with soft drusen or atrophic macular degeneration not accompanied by chorioretinal neovascularization
- •2\) difficult Patients to observe the fundus because of moderate to severe cataract
- •3\) The possibility of pregnancy in patients.
- •However, No surgery for female infertility of childbearing age can participate in a clinical trial after the interview pregnancy
- •4\) The Case legally, mentally unsuitable for participation in a clinical trial if the investigator
