Inclusion Criteria
patients who give a written consent and successfully complete the study.
any elective surgery that can be done under regional anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
any contraindication to regional anaesthesia,
patients requiring intraoperative added sedation and conversion to general anaesthesia.
patients with auditory and ocular defects; and psychiatric disorders.
patients who wish to discontinue the study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method haemodynamic parameter changes, VASA scoringTimepoint: 30 min after therapy in pre-op room, followed by intra-op recording evey 10 min for first 30 min, then every 30 min for the next 30 min till end of surgery.
