Cement dust exposed workers who work minimum 40 hours per week.
Workers with minimum of 1 Year exposure to cement dust.
Age 18-50 years
Patients of either sex.
AEC range of 100 to 600 cells/mcL at time of start of intervention.
Patients having two bouts of Nasal Symptoms/month Previously
Known cases of Lung damage, Chronic Rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, Rhinosinusitis.
Diagnosed cases of Infective diseases like Tuberculosis, Pneumonia.
Systemic disorders like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Hypertension (not on medication).
