Inclusion Criteria
Subjects agreeing to the consent and participating voluntarily.
Age 18-45 years
males and females
pain over the medial superior border of the scapula
chronic neck pain(3months)
NDI score more than 14
Exclusion Criteria
Age below 18 and above 45.
Any recent surgery.
spinal pathology.
Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Any open wound around the neck.
History of the cervical fracture.
Torticollis
Skin sensitivity which in contraindicated in the use of M2t blade
