Patients suffering from chronic dermatological diseases attending the Dermatology Outpatient Department, aged above 18 years
1. Patients not willing to give consent
2. Patient with previous history of psychiatric illness
3. Pregnant and breast-feeding mothers
4. Patients with history of chronic systemic diseases such as diabetes, liver and renal diseases
5. Patients undergoing systemic treatment such as corticosteroid or isotretinoin were excluded.
• Patients with history of alcohol or drug abuse
• Patients with history covid -19 (RT-PCR positive) in the past 6 months
