Inclusion Criteria
Patients older than 18 years of age; presence of good oral hygiene (plaque index <20%); presence of the four third molars; and indication for dental extraction of all third molars
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with periodontal disease; patients with systemic diseases or conditions or who use drugs that alter bone metabolism; decompensated diabetics; pregnant or lactating women, heavy smokers; presence of metallic artifacts that hinder tomographic analysis; presence of periapical lesions
