Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with radiographic evidence of at least one tooth with periapical bone defect(minimum size = 2.0 mm x 2.0 mm) and
2. A diagnosis of pulpal necrosis confirmed by negative response to cold and electric pulp tests.
Exclusion Criteria
1Patients not willing to enroll for the study.
2Patients with less than 10 teeth remaining.
3Patients with periodontitis.
4Patients less than 18 years of age
5Patients taking any medication
6Patients who are pregnant, or systemically compromised.

Name Time Method in 24 sample we are doing intervention by laser and calcium hydroxide medicament to evaluate periapical bony healing and revascularisation using color dopplerTimepoint: it will be assessed at 1 month, 3 month and 6th month interval
