1.Patients with acute ,sub acute neck pain with radiating pain ( <3month)
2.Patients with pain, paraesthesia or numbness in the upper extremity
3.3 of 4 tests of clinical prediction rule positive:
a.Spurling test
b.Distraction test
c.Upper-Limb Tension Tests
d.Ipsilateral cervical rotation <60
1.Patients with chronic neck pain
2.Patients with vertibrobasilar insufficiency.
3.Patients with vertigo.
4.Patients diagnosed with neck pain due to other pathological causes such as cervical fracture, malignancy, infection.
5.Presence of any neurological , visceral or systemic disorders
6.Subjects having neurological signs such as Upper motor signs
