Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of either sex, aged 18\-65 yrs, American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Status
- •Classification (ASA\-PS) I or II posted for elective laparoscopic surgeries in Trendelenburg
- •position with pneumoperitoneum duration of more than one hour will be included in the
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pregnancy
- •2\.Raised intracranial pressure
- •3\. Obesity (Body Mass Index (BMI) \> 30kgm\-2\)
- •4\.Patients of chronic pulmonary disease
