Unilateral or bilateral central, intermediate high-risk pulmonary embolism (definition according to ESC guideline 2019);
Treatment in the Elblandklinikum Radebeul;
Performed locoregional lysis of the pulmonary arteries with side hole lysis catheter;
Patient consent to data processing
