入选标准
- •Adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 25 years.,
- •Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 23.0 or higher, classified as overweight or obese according to the criteria for the Asian population.,
- •Have a baseline physical activity level below the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation, with a total physical activity level of less than 600 MET-minutes per week, assessed by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ-SF).,
- •Have not been diagnosed with any chronic infectious diseases.,
- •Are in a physical condition that allows them to safely participate in the exercise activities according to the research program, assessed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).,
- •Can read, write, and understand Thai adequately to participate in activities and answer questionnaires.,
- •Have voluntarily given informed consent to participate in the research after receiving a full explanation of the objectives, procedures, and rights of the research participant.,

- •Taking medications or receiving treatments that affect weight management, energy levels, or fatigue.,
- •Having unstable cardiovascular or respiratory conditions or contraindications to exercise.Having musculoskeletal disorders that limit exercise or mobility.,
- •Having a history of participating in a systematic exercise or wellness program within 3 months prior to the start of the study.,
- •Having a psychiatric condition or cognitive disorder that may affect the perception of health information and responses to questionnaires.,
- •Having limitations in consistently using mobile technology throughout the study.
