NON LAPAROSCOPIC MAJOR ABDOMINAL SURGERIES UNDER GA WITH EPIDURAL
DURATION OF SURGERY MORE THAN 4 HOURS
Exclusion Criteria
BMI GREATER THAN 35
BMI LESS THAN 15
NEUROMUSCULAR DISEASES
POST INCLUSION EXCLUSION CRITERIA
EMERGENCY SURGERY
DIAPHRAGMATIC OR PLEURAL INJURY
UNSTABLE HEMODYNAMICS REQUIRING INOTROPES
PEAK AIRWAY PRESSURES MORE THAN 25CM WATER
POST OPERATIVE MECHANICAL VENTILATION REQUIREMENT
