入排标准
入选标准
- •Age more than 65 years
- •Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia
- •ASA classification I & II
排除标准
- •Hemodynamically unstable patients and those with cardiovascular or respiratory comorbidity
- •Major peripheral vascular disease
- •Increased intra-abdominal pressure
- •Autonomic nervous system disorders
- •Anticipated difficult airway
- •BMI more than 30 Kg/m2
- •Documented negative fluid balance > 1000 ml on preceding day
- •Pheochromocytoma
- •Agitation (RASS > 1)
- •Absolute or relative contraindications to general anesthesia
- •Patients who have currently taken angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker
- •patients with a baseline systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg or mean arterial blood pressure less than 70 mmHg
- •Patient with a history of any previous abdominal surgery or trauma
- •Patient with any cardiac rhythm other than normal sinus rhythm, and have/had cardiomyopathy
