1-Pregnant women with preeclampsia defined as, Blood pressure more than or equal to 140/90 mm Hg on at least two occasions 6 hours apart with proteinuria.
2-Age, parity and gestational age matched normotensive pregnant women .
3-Written consent for participating in the study.
1-Pregnant Women with a known thyroid disease such as hyper or hypothyroidism or who have undergone thyroid surgery.
2-Women on thyroid related medications.
3-Women with known case of renal disease.
4-Women with history of hypertension.
