- •2.Patients of ASA grade 1 and 2
排除标准
- •1.Patients refusing regional anaesthesia
- •2.Allergy to study drug
- •3.Emergency surgery
- •4.Pateints with significant cardiovascular ,renal,hepatic diseases and thyroid disease
- •5.contraindication to spinal anaesthesia such as spinal deformity,infection at injection site ,space occupying lesions of brain and hypovolemia
