Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients undergoing elective lower segment caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
- •2\.Patients of ASA grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients refusing regional anaesthesia
- •2\.Allergy to study drug
- •3\.Emergency surgery
- •4\.Pateints with significant cardiovascular ,renal,hepatic diseases and thyroid disease
- •5\.contraindication to spinal anaesthesia such as spinal deformity,infection at injection site ,space occupying lesions of brain and hypovolemia
