Inclusion Criteria
- •Elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA III and Above
- •BMI more than 30kg/m 2
- •Taking ACE inhibitors
- •Emergency cases
- •Absolute or relative contraindications to spinal anesthesia
- •Patient with baseline arterial systolic blood pressure less than 90mm Hg or MAP less than 70mm Hg .
