Inclusion Criteria

  • •Elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •ASA III and Above
  • •BMI more than 30kg/m 2
  • •Taking ACE inhibitors
  • •Emergency cases
  • •Absolute or relative contraindications to spinal anesthesia
  • •Patient with baseline arterial systolic blood pressure less than 90mm Hg or MAP less than 70mm Hg .
