入选标准
- •1.Patients aged between 20 to 59 years (mean 27 years)
- •2.Patients without any systemic abnormality
- •3.Patients with weeping canals, and with periapical lesions
- •4.No history of antibiotics for past 1months
- •5.Single rooted teeth were selected
- •6.Negative response to thermal tests
- •7.Sufficient tooth coronal tooth structure to apply rubber dam
- •8. No history of endodontic treatment
- •9. Tooth with complete root formation

- •1.Patients above 60 years
- •1.2.Patients with systemic medications including antibiotics
- •3.Patients with history of systemic ailments such as Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Asthma etc
- •4.Patients with history of cardiac surgeries(Bypass, Valve replacements, Stent)
