Inclusion Criteria

Adolescents aged between 14 to17 years with a psychiatric disease. A diagnosed or suspected psychiatric primary disease ist obligatory for the attendance. depressive disorder, F 32.0, F32.1, F33.0, F33.1, F34.1, anxiety disorder F40, F41, F93, adjustment disorder F43.20 until F43.23, obsessive-compulsive disorder F42 all subcategories, somatoform disorder F45, in case of multilingualism specific sublemented tests

Exclusion Criteria

Disorders of speech and language development, being in a residential treatment/mental instability, the following psychiatric diseases F00–F09,F1,F2,F30,F31,F32.2,F32.3,F33.2, F33.3,F43.0,F43.1,F43.24,F43.25,F44, F6, F7, F84, F90.1, F91, F92,F94 (all subcategories)

Significant increase of at least one or more of the following parameters: parts of proportion of speech, nonverbal communication, prosody, speech volume, rate of speech, speaking time, behavior in listening and comprehension, making conclusions, understanding metaphors and humor<br>methods of measuring the communication abilities: expressing emotions - video analysis of nonverbal parameters, KommPas - web-based assessment of communication-related parameters, program for evaluation and analysis of speech disorders - a recording and analysis environment for analyzing the articulation, category fluency test (RWT), selected subtests from clinical evaluation for language fundamentals (CELF 5).
