For therapists:
- Experience in the treatment of patients after stroke (aphasia, dysarthria, central facial paresis), dysarthria, central facial paresis),
- continuous treatment of stroke patients (aphasia, dysarthria, dysarthria, central facial paresis) in the last 12 months,
- experience in the delivery of speech and language therapy treatments via videotherapy
For those with language or speech disorder:
- a chronic speech or language disorder acquired after a stroke (at least 6 months after the stroke) with only moderate impairment in speech comprehension, which includes
o Chronic aphasia
o apraxia of speech
o Dysarthria
o central facial paresis
- Experience in the realisation of lspeech and anguage therapy treatments via videotherapy
Therapists:
- no treatment of people after stroke
- no treatments via videotherapy
For those with speech or language disorder:
- diagnosed depression or other psychiatric neurological disorders
- no experience with video therapy treatments

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of the study is to develop a teletherapy system to support speech therapy after stroke. For evaluation purposes, application tests and usability studies with therapists and patients are carried out during the development process to ensure a high level of acceptance and user satisfaction.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method In addition to the system itself, findings on the requirements of the target group for a teletherapy system are to be collected. The qualitative evaluation of the workshops and the feedback on the prototypes will be used to collect requirements for the system.
