入选标准
- •1) adults (19- 70 yr) of male patients who spontaneously complained
- •of CRBD, after operation
- •2) ASA physical status I and II
- •3) informed consent of male sex,
排除标准
- •1) Neurogenic bladder
- •2) overactive bladder (frequency >3 times in the night or >8 times in 24 h)
- •3) allergic or contraindication to study drug, chronic analgesic abuse
- •4) disturbance of the central nervous system end stage renal disease
- •(urine output <500 ml per 24 h)
- •5) morbid obesity
- •6) end-stage renal disease (serum creatinine > 1.6 mg dl-1), hepatic disease
- •7)neurosychiatric disease
