Inclusion Criteria
patients scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder surgery (age 20-80)
Exclusion Criteria
Body mass index > 35 kg/m2
( (INR > 1.4) )
contraindication to regional anesthesia
severe liver or kidney disease
allergy to study medication
pregnanacy
neurologic deficits
