Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Currently receiving help from an NHS Early Intervention Service
- •2\. Experiencing certain psychological difficulties
- •3\. Aged 18\-35
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged below 18 or above 35
- •2\. Pregnant
- •3\. Experiencing a physical health condition which makes exercise a problem
- •4\. Does not have sufficient English language
