1.Age between 18 - 90 years old
2.BMI < 35 kg/m2
3.American Society of Anesthesiologists class I - IV
4.Elective cardiac surgery
5.Undergoing CVC through the right IJV
1.Contraindicated to TEE insertion eg. central airway lesion, esophageal stenosis or esophageal varices
2.Documented extra-cardiac vascular or rotational cardiac abnormalities
3.Previously superior carvopulmonary shunt surgery or Fontan operation
4.Abnormalities of neck and chest wall eg. Klippel-Feil syndrome or burn scar contracture
5.Preoperative documented thrombosis in right IJV
