入选标准
- •1.Age between 18 - 90 years old
- •2.BMI < 35 kg/m2
- •3.American Society of Anesthesiologists class I - IV
- •4.Elective cardiac surgery
- •5.Undergoing CVC through the right IJV
排除标准
- •1.Contraindicated to TEE insertion eg. central airway lesion, esophageal stenosis or esophageal varices
- •2.Documented extra-cardiac vascular or rotational cardiac abnormalities
- •3.Previously superior carvopulmonary shunt surgery or Fontan operation
- •4.Abnormalities of neck and chest wall eg. Klippel-Feil syndrome or burn scar contracture
- •5.Preoperative documented thrombosis in right IJV
