入选标准
- •1. Patients of both the genders of age group between 35 to 65 years.26
- •2. Medically or clinically diagnosed patients with Adhesive capsulitis.
- •3. limited range of motion at shoulder joint following capsular pattern (ER >Abd >IR limitations)
- •4. Shoulder Pain on VAS ranging minimum 4
排除标准
- •1. Previous history of major trauma, shoulder fractures, dislocation and subluxation.
- •2. History of shoulder pain with cervical origin or cervical radiculopathy symptoms that effect the upper extremity.
- •3. History of shoulder pain with cervical origin or cervical radiculopathy symptoms that effect the upper extremity.
- •4. Patients with known malignancy in the area intended for treatment.
- •5. Patients with an artificial pacemaker, which is contraindicated to TECAR therapy.11
- •6. Pregnant women.11
- •7. History of patients with neurological symptoms.
- •8. Patients with metal implants.
