1. Patients of both the genders of age group between 35 to 65 years.26
2. Medically or clinically diagnosed patients with Adhesive capsulitis.
3. limited range of motion at shoulder joint following capsular pattern (ER >Abd >IR limitations)
4. Shoulder Pain on VAS ranging minimum 4
1. Previous history of major trauma, shoulder fractures, dislocation and subluxation.
2. History of shoulder pain with cervical origin or cervical radiculopathy symptoms that effect the upper extremity.
3. History of shoulder pain with cervical origin or cervical radiculopathy symptoms that effect the upper extremity.
4. Patients with known malignancy in the area intended for treatment.
5. Patients with an artificial pacemaker, which is contraindicated to TECAR therapy.11
6. Pregnant women.11
7. History of patients with neurological symptoms.
8. Patients with metal implants.
