- •1.Closed displaced metacarpal neck, shaft, base fractures (every configuration)
- •2. Non displaced fracture in patient who cannot withstand conservative treatment with slab/cast immobilization
排除标准
- •1. Open fracture
- •2. Concomitant injuries that preclude hand mobilization (i.e., severe head injury)
