Inclusion Criteria

A nurse semester; obtain basic science lessens including: physiology, biochemistry, anatomy, parasitology and microbiology; consent to participate in the study; get score more than 25 from test anxiety questionnaire; do not use sedative drugs; no known medical and psychological problem. Exclusion criteria: students who have not filled questionnaire completely and have not listened voice file completely.
