Inclusion Criteria
1) A adult woman who have a hallux valgus angle of 15 degrees or more
2) Pain assessment scale (visual analog scale, VAS) of 3/10 or more
3) A person who has not worn toe separator in the past year
4) A person who has no experience in the intrinsic foot muscle exercise
Exclusion Criteria
1) A person who has undergone surgery or a procedure for hallux valgus
2) A person with rheumatoid arthritis
3) A person with osteoporosis
4) A person unable to walk
